Since I typically find that I'm a lot of times the only one who gets most of Grant Morrison's stories, I'll try to explain the whole Tomorrow/And Tomorrow thing-- From what I'm seeing, the whole concept of Damian as Batman is an alternate future where a lot of bad stuff happens--where Bruce Wayne doesn't come back, where Dick Grayson is murdered by Dr. Hurt, and Damian makes a deal with the devil to protect Gotham City. I think that event is supposed to be happening "right now" in Frazier Irving's current arc in Batman & Robin. Now, what we're seeing isn't this and Batman Beyond happening at the same time. the baby that Damian rescues in #700 is Terry. He mentions that the McGuinness kid is safe and takes him out of the situation. The "And Tomorrow" segment is Terry as "Batman Beyond," only instead having Damian be his sort-of handler instead of Bruce--this is just part of that possible alternate future, far different from Batman Beyond, which does exist as an alternate world in the Multiverse, Earth-12, if I remember right. I hope that makes sense, and if you read any of the Morrison stuff and don't get it, I'd be more than happy to help--I think I somehow took the same trans-dimensional space drugs he did.

Thank-you! The idea of an alternate time-line makes much more sense. I did catch the baby McGinnis but I just was not sure how it all fit in. If it is alright with you, I believe that I will read out your explanation on the next podcast so that others may also be enlightened.
