I thought since my Batman the Animated Series thread on Spider-Man Crawl space has led to some fun discussion, and even spawned a growing number of reviews from myself I might as well do the same here.
I'm not going to do it for the site necessarily, or would I want to since Stella is going to do something in regards to this at a later date. Just thought it'd be fun for me to at least post some reviews for the Batgirl episodes of at least BTAS up in this thread.
Anyone in favor or opposed to this?

I'm all for it! What better way than to have BTAS discussion on a Batgirl site?!

Well.... i'll just start off by saying that the BTAS/TNBA Batgirl is my absolute favorite incarnation ever made. She's the reason i'm on this forum here, basically.
I think this was actually the first time anyone portrayed Babs as much more of a real girl then a comicbook babe. In the comics Barbara's Batgirl was always this tall masculine woman in her mid 20's with typpical comicbook babe forms, and i love how Bruce Timm made her more of a petite young woman in her late teens for BTAS, because it makes much more sense for a heroine named Batgirl to look like this.
I also like how BTAS introduced Babs before they introduced Batgirl. I also loved how she went from a teenage amateur heroine to a more confident early 20's Batgirl in TNBA, and thank god, was never paralyzed. Babs not being paralyzed in the BTAS continuity meant no Oracle, but honestly, i'm more then happy with this. I love Steph as Batgirl, but i've never been a fan of this whole hero legacy stunt, so in my opinion Babs will always be the one true Batgirl, and in that sense, i'm glad there's at least one incarnation who wasn't paralyzed. I loved how she eventually replaced Dick Grayson as Batman's nr 1 sidekick, because the sight of Batman and Batgirl simply looks better to me.

Babs is coming to Batman Brave and the Bold! And she fights...Killer Moth!
The Birds of Prey are also coming, and they are bringing a helluva lot of innuendo

The Brave and the Bold's Criss Cross Conspiracy episode had a Dick and Babs teamup! You can find the episode on youtube, but here is a clip of the first ever Batman, Nightwing, and Batgirl interaction of the series!
